San Diego Reunion '09 saves

The LCHS 2009 Grand Reunion notice saves:

The hotel we have contracted with is not quite set up to start taking reservations, but we do have the dates and have secured a room rate of $110.00 per night. The hotel will also honor that price 3 days prior to and 3 days after the event, space available, for anyone who wants to extend their stay in San Diego.

Could you please forward this information to everyone on your mailing lists so that we can get the word out about the reunion dates. I will forward information to you as I receive it. I can tell you that it's a great place with many amenities, that is also close to major attractions.

Please feel free to include the the reunion email address for anyone who wants to contact me directly.

Hello Everyone! Greetings from S. California….

LCHS 2009 Grand Reunion 'flyer' is information about what will truly be the most awesome reunion yet. I’ve seen the location…not an institution-type hotel (though the Marriot San Antonio in 04 WAS lovely)…we requested the best group of rooms……..San Diego is absolutely beautiful in August…on average about 80 degrees and low to no humidity!

Check it out. The hotel only takes reservations one year in advance so you have to wait til August…but the class of 72 moved early and fast so everyone can start saving, asking for vacation time, and buying airline tickets!!!!

If you don’t want to get emails about the reunion, just let me know and I’ll remove your name from the mailings.

Apologies if you get the same information from someone else…we’re “multi-tasking” since we don’t have an organized mailing list yet.

Here is the correct link to the reunion reservation site. I apologize for the previous problem. You should no longer receive an error message when you open the link. Please let me know if you have any problems. FYI, the actual reunion dates are Aug 21-23, 2009. The hotel is offering the $ 110.00 rate 3 days prior to and 3 days after the event for those who might want to extend their stay and take advantage of the opportunity to spend more time in the San Diego area. Please keep in mind that the room rate is based on a 2 night stay and we ask that if you are planning to attend that you stay at least the nights of Aug 21 & 22. Those are the dates we committed to when we signed the agreement with the hotel.

Hi everyone,

Plans for the upcoming reunion next Aug in San Diego are coming along nicely. I have attached a registration form that also includes the link for hotel reservations and a link to sign up to be on our "soon to unveiled website" mailing list. If you are receiving several emails re: the reunion I apologize. In our efforts to reach out to as many people as possible we may have duplicated your address. If it is happening to you and it's becoming a bother, please email me at lchs2009reunion@yahoo.com and I'll do my best to keep the repeat emails to a minimum. We are really excited about this reunion and hope to have a very large turnout. The responses so far indicate that a lot of you are planning to attend.
